Terms & Conditions 365 Cuci – Malaysia Platform Guidelines

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 365cuci.biz website, all subdomains, and any related mobile applications operated by 365 Cuci.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the 365 Cuci platform.
• "Funds" refers to funds held in your 365 Cuci account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).
• "Bonus Credits" refers to promotional credits added to your account as part of a promotional offer and are subject to rollover requirements.
• "Cash Credits" refers to real funds that can be withdrawn without any additional rollover requirements.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total wagering amount that must be met before bonus credits can be converted into withdrawable cash credits.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from your 365 Cuci account to a bank account or Malaysian e-wallet registered in your name.

To register for and use 365 Cuci's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident currently residing in Malaysia.
• Not listed among individuals barred from using gambling services in Malaysia.
• Hold a valid and active Malaysian phone number for verification purposes.

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Should 365 Cuci determine that a user holds more than one account — whether under the same name, phone number, bank account number, or IP address — all associated accounts will be suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation.

Withdrawals from your 365 Cuci account are subject to the following terms and procedures:

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 365 Cuci account.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 10 to 30 minutes for e-wallets (TNG, GrabPay) and 30 minutes to 2 hours for bank transfers.
• Members must ensure that all wagering requirements for any active bonus credits have been met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• 365 Cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 within 24 hours.
• If any suspicious activity is identified, 365 Cuci reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing until the investigation is concluded.

All promotions and bonuses offered by 365 Cuci are subject to the following binding terms:

• Each promotion has its own rollover requirement, which is clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Rollover requirements must be met within the specified validity period.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple account registrations constitutes fraud and will be subject to action.

• Bonus credits are non-transferable between accounts or to other users.
• Winnings generated from games played entirely with bonus credits before the rollover requirement is met are considered bonus credits and cannot be withdrawn.
• Any wager placed with the intent of meeting wagering requirements but carrying minimal multi-directional risk (such as betting on both sides of a match) may result in bonus cancellation.

Suspension by 365 Cuci: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

If your account is terminated due to a breach of the Terms, 365 Cuci reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account.
